In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the TalentGro Global website, mobile application, and all associated services operated by TalentGro Global Private Limited.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• "Services" refers to career counselling, training programs, internship placements, workshops, and any other offerings provided through the Platform.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, course materials, assessments, and other intellectual property available on the Platform.

TalentGro Global provides career counselling, AI-powered career assessments, professional training programs, internship facilitation, and related educational services. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered through the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify TalentGro Global immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Enrollment in any program or service offered by TalentGro Global is subject to availability and eligibility criteria. TalentGro Global reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment application at its sole discretion.

Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete assigned tasks, and adhere to program guidelines. Failure to meet participation requirements may result in removal from the program without refund.

Users of the Platform agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform or its services.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Not upload, share, or distribute any harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Treat all fellow users, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism.

All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned otherwise (e.g., GST may be added at checkout).

TalentGro Global reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders or enrollments already confirmed and paid for.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay. TalentGro Global does not store your payment card details.

Refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In general, refund eligibility is determined based on the type of service purchased and the time elapsed since purchase.

TalentGro Global processes eligible refunds within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

All internship programs offered through TalentGro Global are unpaid and are designed for educational and skill-development purposes. Internships do not constitute an employment relationship between the intern and TalentGro Global.

Interns are expected to comply with all program guidelines, maintain professional conduct, and complete assigned tasks within specified timelines. TalentGro Global reserves the right to terminate an internship at any time for non-compliance.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, assessments, and software, is the property of TalentGro Global Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from TalentGro Global.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. TalentGro Global is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
