24-Hours Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

TalentGro Global offers a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase for eligible services. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase.
  • The purchased service or program must not have been substantially accessed or utilised.
  • The request must be submitted through the official refund request process.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis by the TalentGro Global team.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • AI-powered career assessment reports that have already been generated and delivered.
  • One-on-one counselling sessions that have already been conducted.
  • Workshop or event registrations after the event has taken place.
  • Customised training programs that have commenced delivery.
  • Any service where the deliverable has been fully provided to the user.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email your refund request to Contact@talentgroglobal.com within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. Include your order ID, registered email address, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Refund Abuse Prevention

TalentGro Global reserves the right to deny refund requests if a pattern of abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Repeated purchase and refund cycles for the same or similar services.
  • Accessing or downloading substantial content before requesting a refund.
  • Using refund requests as a means to obtain free access to paid services.

Accounts found to be engaging in refund abuse may be suspended or terminated.

Payment Processing via Razorpay

All payments on the TalentGro Global platform are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Refunds are processed back through Razorpay to the original payment method.

Please note that while TalentGro Global initiates refunds promptly, the actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-7 business days after processing).

For any payment-related disputes, please contact our support team first before raising a dispute with your bank.

General Terms

TalentGro Global reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
