TalentGro Global provides digital services accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Our primary service areas include:

  • India: All states and union territories, with on-ground programs available in select cities.
  • International: Digital services are available globally. On-ground programs are currently limited to India and the United States (Folsom, CA).

Some services may have geographic restrictions based on regulatory requirements or program availability.

Delivery Costs

All digital products and services are delivered electronically at no additional shipping or delivery cost. The price you pay at checkout is the total price for the service.

For any physical materials (certificates, printed reports, or merchandise), shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Physical shipping costs vary based on delivery location and shipping method selected.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary by product and service type:

  • AI Career Assessment Reports: Generated and delivered within 24-48 hours of completing the assessment.
  • Course Access: Immediate access upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Counselling Session Booking: Confirmation within 2 hours; session scheduled within 3-5 business days.
  • Training Materials: Available for download immediately after enrollment confirmation.
  • Physical Certificates: Dispatched within 7-10 business days after program completion.

Order Processing

Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway (Razorpay). You will receive an email confirmation with order details and delivery information.

Processing times may vary during peak periods (exam seasons, enrollment drives). We strive to process all orders within the stated timeframes and will notify you of any delays.

Digital Access and Delivery

Digital products and services are delivered through the TalentGro Global platform. Upon purchase, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation with access instructions.
  • Login credentials (if not already registered) to access the platform.
  • Direct links to your purchased content or scheduled services.

Access to digital content is tied to your registered account and is non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery Issues and Refunds

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your purchased products or services, please contact our support team immediately. Common delivery issues include:

  • Not receiving access confirmation email (check spam/junk folders first).
  • Unable to access purchased content on the platform.
  • Delayed delivery beyond the stated timeframe.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
